Returns: You can return most items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance. 

Non-Returnable Items: Some items, like personalized or final sale products, may not be eligible for return. Please check product details before purchasing.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
